Shipping

• Shipping cost is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page, where you will be shown options and prices for shipping.
• Currently we ship within the USA only.
• Generally, orders of in-stock items ship within 5-8 business days from receipt, Monday through Friday.
• If a product is temporarily out-of-stock, you will be notified and can opt for a back-order.
• You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

 

Return 

No returns will be accepted without prior approval. If our products arrived damaged in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to assist you with this matter. For any other products, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Refund 

If your return is marked as delivered, sit tight, our returns team will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund. Refund can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

 

Exchange 

Unfortunately, we currently don't offer exchanges. In order to make the returns process as efficient as possible, we only offer refunds.
